The NFL, NBA, MLB and especially NHL and MLS needs to start thinking about the Internet like local TV stations for national syndication. One game a week should just be online for free to grow their brands and fanbases. No exclusives to a network either. Put it in YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Periscope, Twitter and whoever will take it. Just a game that people will watch.
And it doesn't have to be a great game either. I would kill as a cord cutter to even watch the 76er vs the other worst team that doesn't have Kobe Bryant on it. Right now with most games on ESPN and TNT its hard to catch a game without an advanced tier cable package as an NBA fan. And if you are not a cable subscriber and live more than 50 miles away from a major broadcaster forget about it. Those signals won't reach you. But throwing fans a bone with a crap game a week would casual viewers fans and die hard fans obsessed.
Pipe dream probably I know. But still think it is a good idea.
Let me start with this. Childhood's End is a very well out together Show. A lot of SciFy. Double helping of philosophy with a side of spirituality. That being said it is a beautiful show.
Buy damn could it get more depressing? I'm fully a part of the Netflix binge generation. But this show should be seen one episode at a time maybe a week between episodes. It's sad. It makes statements you may not agree with. It makes sweeping assumptions about humanity I don't completely agree with. That being said it is a good watch. Preachy a bit. But thought provoking.

Just saw the first four episodes of The Expanse. My God it is good. BSG good. The social commentary, the space tech, the everything. This is the must see show until Game of Thrones comes back. Must see TV.
I'm really going to have to pick a pair of these up. I have never had a good pair of headphones. And I do wish they were the DJ style so I could get an extra long cord with a mic in it. But I may have to just take the plunge with these. Looking like my Uncle is a big appeal I admit. But they just look great. Dang the @MKBHD .
